How can bulk email be sent from her yahoo account when she is not signed on and her computer is off. This has happen twice in the last month. the first time it sent her entire contact list. thats how we found out about it when the older email addresses bounced. the second time it sent out to emails that are not on the contact list and to people we did not know.

When ever I send email… it is delivered to bulk ( junk ) email folder of reciptant. I don’t know my my email is being treated as bulk email…. can any one help to make my email delivered to INBOX only…!!

Yahoo gave me a new email address, and i can’t find my old one. B/c the old one is bouncing I cant get into my group and it will not let me in with a different email address. Yahoo has not responded to me or requests from others to solve the problem. Does anyone from Yahoo ever read these questions and try to solve them? Thank you in advance.

This happens intermittently and I’ve also contacted my former ISP and they have nothing to do with it. It’s funny, this problem only began when I decided to unsubscribe to their service.
Apparently, my old ISP(SBC) is the culprit! Any advice? See below:
