Anyone have suggestions about how to get a real person on yahoo support?

“Yahoo answers” is great, but I find dealing with yahoo support, to be a real pain. I recently wasted an hour trying to cancel a subscription to yahoo college sports broadcasts, as I was unable to access archive broadcasts, as promised. In previous years I have been able to access them so I know the drill, but the broadcast just wasn’t there. There was supposed to be a free trial period, and although I cancelled within an hour, it looks as if I will be charged for a month anyhow.
Does anyone know how to get a real person with the answers I need? I did call yahoo at 408-349-1572—found the phone number in yahoo answers!–but the rep who answered just put me off, said he couldn’t address that question, and gave me an email address that he specified, included both a hyphen and a dash– and on my computer, a “dash” is just two hyphens so that may not work! Very frustrating!
