Problems with email can somebody please help me?

i can’t send or receive emails. its a yahoo one. i try sending the email and it either goes to the bulk/spam folder or they just wont get it. anybody know why? this happens even if they have me in the contacts list. what should i do?
this is really annoying specially when i send a really important email and people dont get it. is there a way i can contact yahoo? thanks
IF your sent emails “aren’t” bouncing back to you—-OR—-you don’t get a “Mailer Daemon” failure notice—then the problem is on their end, not yours.
They need to check their blocked lists and remove you from it—sounds like you have been blocked (probably accidentally ?)—happens a lot.
