I have a website that I would like to promote in the U.S by mass/Bulk email marketing. That is I would like my website URL to be sent to thousands even millions of people email addresses. Please advise most reputable and trusted companies that provide such services with NO SPAM.
Identify who your target customers are and look for email newsletters that are read by those individuals. That is where you want to advertise.
Also build inbound links to your website.
Most of the directories online charge a one time fee to review your site and add it to their index. Here are three of my favorites:

with Yahoo / Google / MSN.
