Everything about bulk email, emailing, mass email etc.

I ask because we are looking into getting efax, our fax machines will be redirected to an 800 number and then sent to an email address. I would like to be able to print them out and then just bulk save them to the hard drive where we could look at them later.

This is a business, and we need to rely on our faxes.

I would like to send e-mail to my 300 members. how can i send?

I’ve contacted Yahoo about this before, but it seems that no one there cares.

Here’s the scenario – I originate a message to a new recipient, and save it in the “Sent” folder. So, all of the pertinent information about the recipient is there in my files.

Why, then, does the reply end up in the “Bulk” folder. If the filtering can check stored lists of selected names, addresses and parameters, surely it can check the “Sent” folder, as well.

I’ve accidentally deleted a legitimate email more than once because of this failure, and am about to move to someone else’s system.

And I guess Yahoo doesn’t really care.

I am trying to figure out how to send a bulk email to a list of contacts without having to type each address. Does anyone know the secret to doing this?

I want to send out an email message through outlook to a group of people I know (over a thousand) how do I send it so it is personalised so it does not go into the peoples “junk” filter or spam box??

What are some ways one can do to avoid receiving unsolicited bulk U.S. mail (not e-mail)? Is there a govermental organization I can contact or CC my requests to be taken off different mailing lists?

My company just started sending out newsletters to our customers but we have a few thousand that we have no email address. Looking for a service that will get these for us.

Do I have to accept bulk mail when it comes to my house, can I return it to the sender? All I want to recieve is mail from people or business that I have dealings with.

I have a reverse DNS record that matches my servername, and I’ve checked all the RBL lists and my IP address doesn’t appear in any of them. It’s a new domain registration so I know it’s never been used for spam…

But any mail I send gets caught by the spam filter and dropped into the persons Bulk Mail folder. How do I change that?
