What is the best bulk e-mailing software out there?

I’ve tried the Super e-mail sender program and It doesn’t work ! The trial worked and than when I bought the program, it didn’t work for me. Than when I went back to get a refund, the company refused!!!
I am looking to send out e-mails to members of my website. www.valuejockey.com . What is the best and easiest program to use to do this? Any hep would be really appreciated!
i would use constant contact. but they charge a fee per month not based on the number of emails you send.
