how can i BLOCK these credit card people to stop mailing me offers to my yahoo email account?


I mean I’m really getting fed up with these people emailing me this crap that I don’t need. And it always seems to show up in my bulk messages and those people also mail it to my home address. PLEASE SOMEONE TELL ME HOW CAN I BLOCK THEM OR CAN SOMEONE GIVE ME A NUMBER WHERE I CAN CALL (THE MOST FREQUENT CREDIT CARD PEOPLE WHO EMAIL ME STUFF IS CAPITAL ONE, CAN SOMEONE PLEASE GIVE ME A NUMBER WHERE I CAN CALL SO I CAN UNSUBSCRIBE THESE OFFERS).

anyone can tell me how can i use my yahoo accoun to send a bulk of 1000 or more emails one time?
