My upper triceps are pretty ripped, but it’s the lower ones that don’t seem to gain any progress. With a shirt on you really can’t notice my triceps. What are some good exercises that will bulk up the lower section of my triceps?

try tricep pushups; put your hands together so they make a diamond and do pushups like that… they’re way harder and work your triceps

Bench dips and tricep dips also tricep kickbacks do an average of three to four sets and between 8 to 12 reps as you you want to bulk up but if you want to cut them then increse the reps to 15…

backwards curls with dumbbells (lifting weights with ur triceps)
also go to gym and look at the machines they say what muscles they exercise and just repeat those motions on ur own
