can i block out nuisance emailer?

pest e mailer is really getting on my nerves is it possible to block this persons from contacting i am computer illeterate

Open up the mail page and go to OPTIONS…Click on it and go to BLOCK ADDRESSES….Enter the email address in the slot and click on ADD BLOCK….
